RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER/EXECUTTVEbIRECTOR
TO EXECUTE A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
WITH NICHOLS CONSULTING, ENGINEERS, CHID.
TO PERFOI2IVI DESIGN ENGINEERING
AND CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT SERVICES
IN CONNECTION WITH THE 2001 STREET .RESURFACING PROGRAM
FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED '$275,000
WHEREAS, the Town of Los Gatos intends to develop and implement the 2001
Street Resurfacing Program, and;
WHEREAS, the Town will require professional engineering consulting services to
assist with design engineering and construction support activities in comiection with the 2001
Street Resurfacing Program, and;
WHEREAS, the Town has negotiated an agreement for said professional
engineering consulting services with Nichols Consulting Engineers, Chtd., of Santa Cruz, for an
amount not to exceed $275,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council/Redevelopment
Agency of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that the attached
Professional Services Agreement with Nichols Consulting Engineers, Chtd., is hereby approved,
and that the Town Manager/Executive Director is authorized, and is hereby directed, to execute
said Professional .Services Agreement in the name :and on behalf of the Town of Los Gatos.

Council/Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the St'' day of
March, 2001 by the following vote:
