.RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER
TO EXECUTE. AN AGREEMENT
FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE NEW 2000 CATERPILLAR WHEEL LOADER
THROUGH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Town desires to purchase one Wheel Loader; and
WHEREAS, in 1990 the Town council adopted Resolution 1990-88 authorizing
participation in the Cooperative Purchasing Program with the State of California Department of
General Services.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
County of .Santa Clara, State of California, that the Town Manager is authorized to execute an
agreement with the .State Department of General Services for the purchase of one .new Wheel
Loader through Holt of California.
PASSED AND .ADOPTED at a regular .meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, held on the L8th day of January, 2000 by the .following vote:
