RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE AND FILE AN APPLICATION
WITH THE METROPOLITAN TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION FOR ALLOCATION OF
TRANSPORTATION DEVELOPMENT ACT, ARTICLE 3 FUNDING FOR LOS GATOS
CREEK TRAIL SAFETY UPGRADES FISCAL YEAR 2000/2001..
WHEREAS, funds are available to eligible applicants for the purpose of pedestrian and
bicycle improvements, and
WHEREAS, funds. will be needed in the Fiscal Year 2000/2001 .for repairs of the Los
Gatos Creek Trail.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos
to authorize the Town Manager to execute and file project applications together with all
necessary supporting documents, with the Metropolitan Transportation Commission for
allocations of Transportation Development Act, Article 3 funds for Fiscal Year 2000/2001 .for
Los Gatos Creels Trail .Safety Upgrades.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California,. held on the 22na day of February,2000 by the following vote.
