A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONTRACT BETWEEN
LOS GATOS WOODS DEVELOPMENT CO. AND THE
TOWN OF LOS GATOS, REGULATING DEDICATION
AND ACCEFTANCE OF STREETS IN TRACT N0. 5326
BE IT RESOLVED, AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Town
Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State
ofCalifornia, that the Town of Los Gatos enter into that contract
with LOS GATOS WOODS DEVELOPMENT CO. .entitled, "CONTRACT REGU-
EATING DEDICATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF STREETS IN TRACT N0. 5326,
LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA", a copy of which-is anneXed hereto, and
that the Mayor is authorized and she is hereby directed to
execute said Contract in the name and in behalf of the Town of
Los Gatos.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council
of the Town of Los Gatos held on the 15th day of Jan uary_ ,
1973, by the following vote:
