c) Maximum building height shall be the ame as Section 5.11. <br />d) Side yards shall be the same as Section 5.14. <br />e) Rear yards shall be the same as Section 5.15. <br />Section 5.30 CONDITIONAL USES: The following uses may <br />also be permitted if their location is first approved by the <br />Planning Commission, as provided for in Section 18.00: "0" <br />Zone uses under the following development standards; <br />a) Front yard setback same as Section 6.25 measured from the <br />official plan line width, landscaped and maintained; said yard <br />not permitted to be used for required parking. <br />b) Parking requirements shall be in an amount fully adequate <br />to take care of the principals, employees and clients who use <br />the building. <br />c) Maximum building height shall be the same as Section 6.23. <br />d) Side yards shall be the sane as Section 6.25. <br />e) Rear yards shall be the same as Section 6.27. <br />Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force <br />thirty (30) days from and after date of its passage and before the <br />expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage it shall be published <br />once with the names of the members voting for and against the same in <br />the Los Gatos Times-Saratoga Observer, a newspaper published in the <br />Town of Los Gatos. <br />Introduced at a regular meeting'of the Town Council of the <br />Town of Los Gatos, State of California, held the 15th day of October, <br />1962. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED AS AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS, <br />CALIFORNIA, AT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE TOWN COUNCIL THEREOF, held <br />on the 29th clay of October, 1862, by the following vote: <br />AYES; COUNCILMEN: Henry C. Crall <br />James E. Donati <br />Joe Whelan <br />John Lincoln <br />- 2 - <br />
