ORDINANCE NO. 672
AN ORDINANCE OF TH13 TO'KN CF LOS G1nT09.4 COUNTY OF SANTA
CLARA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AMEND 'LNG SECTION 3.02.; OF
ORDI ANCE NO. 392 OF SAID 'TOWN.
The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does ordain as follows:
SECTION i. Sectional District No. 3.02.28 of the Zoning
Map of the Town of-Los Gatos, which said map was adopted as a part
of Ordinance No. 392 of said Town, together with any amendments there-
to is hereby changed and amended by substituting for Sectional
District No. 3.02.28 as shown, on said map, as amended, a new
Sectional District No. 3.02.25 a map of which said Sectional
District is attached hereto and entitled "Amended Sectional District
No. 3.02.25 of the Zoning Map of the Town of Los Gatos."
SECTION 2. Sectional District No. 3.02.25 as shown nDnm
the Zoning Map of the Town of Los Gax:cs as the same, was adopted
as a part of Ordinance Ho. 392, as amended, of said Town is he, eby
repealed.
SECTION 3. The exterior boundaries of Sectional Dist_ict
No. 3.02.28of the Zoning Map of the 'T0rln of Los Gatos are
shown on that certain map entitled "'Index Map to Sectional Ditri.ct
Maps, Zoning Map of the Town of Los Gatos," which said Tnc?ex Map
was adopted as a portion of Ordinance No. 392 of said Town of Los
Gatos on the 27th day of January , 19 58 , together with any
amendments which may have thereafter been made, which said Index Maxi
of Sectional. District Maps is referred to in Section 3.02 of said
Ordinance No. 392.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall ►=e published once in Los
Gatos Times-Saratoga Observer, a newpaper of general circulation,
printed and published in the Town of Los Gatos.

The above and foregoing ordinance was duly and regularly
introduced at a regular meeting of the 'd'own Council of the Town
of Los Gates held on the 15th day of October , 19 62 ,
and was thereafter on the 29th day of October 9 19 62
duly and regularly adopted by the following vote:
