AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GA OS, COUNTY OF SANTA

OR7I1"~A CE NO. 392 OF SAID TOWN.
The Torn Coune4l of the Town of Los Gatos does ordain as follows;
SECTTON 1. Sectional District No. 3.€2.37 of the Zoning
Kap of the, Town of Los Gatos, which said map was adopted as a part
of Ordinance No. 392 of said Town, together with any amendments there-
to is hereby changed and amended by substituting for Sectional
District No. 3.02.37 as shown on said map, as amended, a new
Sectional District No. 3.02.37 a map of which said SecwionaI
District is attached hereto and enti -led "Amended Sectional- District
No. 3.02.37 of the Zoning Map of the 'town of Los Gatos."
SECTION 2. Sectional 'District No. 3.02.37 as shown t pon
the Zoning Map of tae Town of Los Gatos as the same, was adopted
as a Part of Ordinance No. 392, as amended, of said Town is hereby
repealed.
SECTION 3. The exterior boundaries of Sectional Dis-1C.--iC 4-
No. 3.02.37 of the Zoning Map of the Tessn of Los Gatos are
shown on that certain map Ei'.titied "':.dex Map to Sectiona1. District
Maps, Zoning Map of the Town of Los Ca=.-os," which staid laeex Map
was adopted as a portion of Ordinance No, 392 of said To-wn of Los
Gatos on the 3rd day of August , 19 59 , together with any
amendments which may have thereafter been made, wh ich said Index Map
of Sectional District baps is referred to in Section 3.02 of said
Ordinance No. 392.
SE'C711ON 4. This Ordinance shall be published once in Los
Gatos Times-Saratoga Observer, a newpaper of general circulation,
printed and published in the Town of Los Gatos.

The above and foregoing ord:Inance was duly and regularly

introduced at a regular meeting of the 'Own Council of the Town
of Los Gatos held on the 16th day of July 19 62 ,
and was thereafter on the 23rd day of duly , 19 62 ,
duly and regularly adopted by the following vote:
