AN ORDINANCE OF T sE ^_OWN OF LOS fATOS, CJ~T?~-!xY of SANTA
CLARA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AME ND's" G SECTION 3.02, OF
ORDI ANCE NO. 392 of SAID TOWN.
The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does ordain as follows
SECTION 1. Sectional District No. 3.€32.27 of the Zoning
Map of the:Town of Los Gatos., which said map was adopted as a part
of Ordinance No. 392 of said Town, together with any amendments there-
to is hereby changed and amended by substit, t-ing for Sectional
District No. 3.02.27 as shown on said map, as amended, a new
Sectional District No, 3.02.27 aAmap of which said Sectional
District is attached hereto and entitled "Amended Sectional District
2To. 3.42.27 of the Zoning Map of the 'down of Los Gatos. "
SECa10N 2. Sectional District No. 3.02.27 as shown npon
the Zoning Map of the Town of Los Gatos as the same, was adopted
as a part of Ordinance No. 392, as amended, of said Town is hereby
repealed.
SECT TON 3. The exterior boundaries of Sectional Dist=-lct
Vo. 3.02.27 of the Zoning Map of the Town of Los Gatos are
shown on that certain map entitled "Index Map to Sectional ✓4 tr?.Ci
Maps, Zoning Map of the Town of Los which sar id Index I,tap
was adopted as a portion of Ordinance No. 392 of said Town of Les
Gatos on the 17th day of March , 19 58 , together with any
amendmen is which may have thereafter been made, which said Index Map
of Sectional District Maps is referred +0 in Section. 3.02 of said
Ordinance No. 392.
SEC"'T ON 4. This O:r d i nance shall be published once in Los
Gatos Times-Saratoga Observer, a newpaper of general circulation,
printed and published in the Town of Los Gatos.
The above and foregoing ord:I.nance was duly and regularly
introduced at a regular meeting of the 'Imown Coune:l of the Town
of Los Gatos held on the 23rd day of iuly , 19 62 9
and was thereafter on the Seth day of July 19 52 ,
duly and regularly adopted by the following vote:
