Ord 0620-AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 523 OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOSM
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS
Section 1. That Sections 26.20.3(b)(1) and 26.20.3(f)(1),
26.20.3(g)(3) and 26.20.5 of Ordinance No. 523 of the Town of
Los Gatos entitled "An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 380
of the Town of Los Gatos Entitled 'An Ordinance Adopting a
Fire Prevention Code Prescribing Regulations Governing
Conditions Hazardous to,Life and Property from Fire or Explo-
sion, and Establishing a Bureau of Fire Prevention and Pro-
viding Officers Therefor and Defining Their Powers and Duties
and Providing Penalties for the Violation Thereof'. it passed
and adopted by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos on,
February 1, 1960, be and the same is hereby amended to read
as follows:

CODE PRESCRIBING REGULATIONS GOVERNING
CONDITIONS HAZARDOUS.TO LIFE AND PROPERTY
FROM FIRE OR EXPLOSION, AND ESTABLISHING
A BUREAU OF FIRE PREVENTION AND PROVIDING
OFFICERS THEREFOR AND DEFINING THEIR POWERS
AND DUTIES AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE
VIOLATION THEREOF'." -
SECTION 26.20430)(1). Burning only between the
hours of 6:00 A.M. and 12:00 Noon, any day of the
week unless a special permit allowing deviations
from such hours is issued.
SECTION 26.20.3(f)(1). Burning only between the
hours of 6:00 A.M. and 12.00 Noon any day of the
week unless a special permit allowing deviations

SECTION 26.20.3(g)(3). Burning only, between the
hours of 6;00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. any day of the
meek.
SECTION 26.20.5. Under no circumstances shall any
fire exist between the hours of 5:00 P.M. and 6:00
A.M. unless a special permit to so do has first
been obtained from the Fire Department.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be published once in the
Los Gatos Times-Saratoga Observer, a newspaper published in
the flown. of 'Los Gatos.
The above and foregoing Ordinance was duly and regularly
introduced at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos held on the, day of~ 1961,
