AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3.02 OF THE
TOWN OF LOS GAT OS RELATING TO ZONING
The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does ordain as follows:
SECTION I. The Zoning Map of the Town of Los Gatos,
which said map was adopted as a part of Ordinance No. 392 of said
Town, is hereby changed and amended by adding thereto a new
Sectional District No. 3.02916, a map of which said Sectional
District .No. 3.02.16, of the Zoning Map of the Town of Los Gatoso
SECTION 2. The exterior boundaries of the.Zoning Map
of the Town of Los Gatos as shown on that certain map entitled
"Index Map to Sectional District Maps, Zoning Map of the Town of
Los Gatos", which said Index Map was adopted as a portion of
Ordinance No. 392 of said Town of Los Gatos on the 12th day of
March, 1956, and which said Index Map of Sectional District Maps
is referred to in,Section 3.02 of said Ordinance No. 392, are
hereby enlarged, changed and,°extended by adding to said Index Map
the aforesaid Sectional District No. 3.02.16 referred to in
Section 1 of this Ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be published once
in the LOS GATOS'TIMES-SARATOGA OBSERVER; a newspaper of general
circulation,` printed and published in the Town of LosGatos,q
The above and foregoing was duly and regularly intro-
duced at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, held the day off , 1957, and was
thereafter on the - ;da of 1957 duly and

regularly adopted by the following vote:

Reginning at the point of intersection of the Northerly
line of that certain parcel of land described in, the deed from
Ralph Elsman to Florence E. Elsman, dated April 21, 1942 and
recorded April 27, 1942 in Book 1091 of Official Records, page
332, Santa Clara County Records, with a line that is parallel with
and distant at right angles Northwesterly 225.00 feet from the
Easterly line of the Rancho Rinconada de Los Gatos, said point of
beginning being also in the Town Limits Line of the Tom of Los
Gatos; running thence along said Northerly line of the parcel of

Tuv,.m Limits Lime of the Town of Los Gatos, Southeasterly to the
most Easterly corner of said parcel of land in the Easterly line
of the Rancho Rinconada de Los Gatos; -running thence along said
Easterly line of the Rancho Rinconada de Los Gatos, Northerly to
the point of intersection thereof vaith the Southwesterly line of
Shannon Road; running thence along said Southwesterly line of
Shannon Road, Northwesterly to the point of intersection thereof
Viith the Southerly line of that certain parcel of land conveyed by
Nathalie Yabroff, et al, to Robert C. Thompson, et ux, by Deed
dated July 24, 1951 and recorded r`'.ugust 31, 19,51 in Book 2276 of
Official Records, at page 316, Santa Clara County Records; rimnsng
thence along the Southerly, Westerly and Northerly lines of said
Thompson parcel, Westerly, Tortherly and Easterly to the point of
intersection thereof with the Westerly line of Si-.anon Road;
running thence along the Westerly line of Shannon Road, Kjortn-
westerly to the point of intersection thereof with the Southerly
line of that certain parcel of land conveyed by 1 aary Orem, et al,
to Joseph E. Taillon, et uy, by Deed da ted hay 22, 1947 and recorded
January 6, 1948 in Book 1550 of Official Records, on Page 140,
Santa Clara County Records; running thence along the Southerly and
Westerly lines of said parcel of land so conveyed to Taillon,
westerly and Northerly to the Northwesterly corner thereof in the
Southerly line of that certain parcel of land conveyed by Nathalie
Yabroff Wollin, et al, to Vincent It,!. Ellis, et ux, by Deed dated

thence along the Southerly and Westerly lines of said parcel of
land so conveyed to Ellis, Westerly and Northerly to the point

Road; running thence along said Southerly line of Shannon Road,
Westerly to the point of intersection thereof with the Southerly
prolongation of the Easterly line of that certain parcel of land
described as Parcel No. $ in the Order and Decree of Settlement of
Account and Final Distribution of the matter of the Estate.of
Manuel F. Escover, which said decree was filed for record in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of
California on February 2, 1943 in Book 1128 of Official records,

Southerly prolonged line and along the Easterly line of said

Metzger, et ux, by Deed dated February 28, 1956 and recorded
March 6, 1956 in Book 3431 of Official Records, at page 157, Santa

said 4.857 acre parcel of land, Northerly to the Northeast corner
thereof in the Southerly line of Blossom Hill Road, 40 feet wide;
running thence along said Southerly line of Blossom Pull Road,
Westerly to the Northwest corner of said 4.857 acre parcel of land;
running thence along the Westerly line thereof, Southerly to the
point of intersection thereof with the Northerly line of that
point of intersection thereof with the Northerly line of that
certain parcel of land described in the Deed from Lennie M. Norman,
a single woman to Bernard J. Cline, et ux, dated November 1, 1950

the Southerly line of said 20.508 acre parcel of land so conveyed
to Yabroff; Easterly to the point of intersection thereof with a
line that is -parallel with and distant 225.00 feet Northwesterly
at. right angles from said Easterly line of the Rancho Rinconada de
