THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE 'TOWN, OF LOS GATOS DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That Ordinance No. 397 of the Town of Los Gatos
- entitled An Ordinance of the Town o- Los Gatos applying certain
regulations to the use of land, buildings and structures and to
the erection, coistruction, moving, Conversion, remodeling and
alteration of buildings, and structures within that onion of the
Town of Los Gatos kno,run as Kennedy Road_ No. I Annexation pending; the
a.d..opLion by the Town Council of the Tmgin of Los Gatos of a, precise
Zoning Plan for said ;portion of said Towns °6 -Dassed and adopted.
December 13, 1955, is hereby repealed.
Section 2: This ordinance shall be -o J_ hea once in tie
Los Gatos Tres-Observer, a newspaper published in the Town of
Los Gatos.
The above and foregoing Ordinance was duly and regularly
introduced at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, held on the loth day of April, 1956, and there-
af t er a.t a regular meeting held on the d.ay of *z1_1Z_, 1956,
