AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR HOLDING REGULAR
I11EETINGSOF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GA`I'OS AND
PROVIDING FOR AN. ESTABLISHMENT OF RULES FOR CONDUCT OF
COUNCIL 1111EETINGS.
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. REGULAR MEETINGS'
(a) Time. The Town Council shall hold regular meetings
on the first and third Monday of each month at 7:30 o'clock
?p ® m. ; PROVIDED HO i~JEVER, that ~jhen the day fixed for any regular
meeting of the Town Council falls upon a day designated by
law as a legal or national holiday, such meeting shall be held
at the same hour on the next succeeding day not a holiday.
(b) Place. All regular meetings of the Town. Council
shall be held in the Council Chamber in the Town Hall,
110 East Main Street in the Town of Los Gatos.
Section 2. RULES FOR CONDUCT
The Town Council mayestablish rules for the conduct
of its proceedings by resolution
Section 3. AMENDMENTS
Sections 1 and 2 of this. Ordinance may, from time to time,
be amended by resolution os.the Town Council.
Section 4. REPEALS
All Ordinances and parts of ordinances of the Town of
Los Gatos in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 5. PUBLICATION
This Ordinance shall be published once in the LOS GATOS
TI1,1ES-OBSERVER, a newspaper published in the Town of Los Gatos.
