WHEHEAS, the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos
finds and deems it, necessary for the public interest, health,
comfort, convenience, safety and general welfare to amend the
Tot-tin Ordinance T,To. 276 by changing the hereinafter descrl bed
prcuerty hereinafter set forth in Section 1 hereof from. an
"lily residential district to "11--2" residential district; and
WHEREAS,

yuirements of Section 15 of said Ordinance No. 276, have b.er
fully complied with;

AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1, That Section 4, 0 of Or~-ir_ance No. 276 of the
Town of Los Gatos, a. sectional district map, is hereby amended in
part so tY_at the district and boundaries shooin thereon, and
jarticula.rly that certain portion of real property situated in the
Town of Los Gatos, County of Sa,r-ta Clara, State of California,
particularly described as Lot 1;~, PTott Tract, and now s'-own as
"R-1" residential district on said Sectional District P"a.p, and
bein£ Section 4. 0 of said Ordira.nce No. 276, ' s and will be ar
