deems it necessary for the lubli.^ interest, health, comfort, con-
venience, safety and general trrelfare to a .end the Tovm Ordinance
No. 276 by changing the hereinafter described property hereinafter
set forth in Section 1 hereof from an TIR®1$4 residential district
to an "R-2" residential district; and

of Section. 15 of said. -Zoniang Ordinance ITTo. 276 have been fully

Property lying on the west side of Montgomery Street
corar encing on the south line of Lot 73 of the Brlans.Izull
Subidivision, bordering the present "C0 commercial
district, thence northerly to the southerly side of
Andreus Street to a depth of one lot hereinafter more
particularly described, and property on the east side
of T~Jontgcmery Street co encing on the south line of
Lot 63 of the Bruiskull Subdivision, bordering the
present "C"I conmercial district, thence northerly to
the southerly side of Andrews Street to a depth of one
lot hereinafter particularly described to wit:
(a) All of Vote 49, 50 2 51, 52, 53, 54 and 55
of the Nott Subdivision in the `lowm of Los
Gatos;
(b) All of Lots 506, 57' 589 59, 6C, 61, 62, 63,
67, 692 59, 70, 71, 72 and. 73 of the Brun-
skull Subdivision in the Town of Los Gatos;

and now shown as EDR-1~1 residential district on said Sectional
District Map, and being Section 4.0 of said Ordinance No. 276,
is and will be an stgm2" residential district, instead of an
IFR.-1" residential district.
Section '2 This ordinance shall, be published once in the
LOS GATOS DA= TTITEMS, a nevJspaper o° general circulation, printed
and published in the Town of Los Gatos.
The above and foregoing ordinance was duly and regularly
introduced at a regular meeting of the Tom Council of the Town
--Los Gatos held on the/Y'FIZday of 1953, ,,Jas
thereafter on the day of 1953 at a regular
meeting duly and regularly adol5ted by the following vote.
