THE T0V'r COUNCIL OF THE TOM OF LOS GATOS DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS
SECTION 1. That Section 22 (g) 1. and that Section 22 (g) 2.
of Ordinance No. 302 entitled "An Ordinance to Regulate the Rates, Rules
and---~?ractices of Taxicabs Operating in the Town of Los Gatos, Prescribing
Terns and Conditions under which such Operations may be Conducted, Pro-
viding Penalties for the Violation of this Ordinance and Repealing
Conflicting Ordinances," passed and adopted by the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos on the 6th day of June, 1949, be, and the same are
hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 22 (g)
1. For the first five-eighths of one mile or-fraction
thereof fifty cents (500);`
2. For each additional one-eighth mile of one mile or
fraction thereof five cents (5~);
SECTION 2. Ordinance 323 is hereby repealed'
SECTION. 3. This Ordinance shall be published once in the
LOS GATOS DAILY TITMIE S, a newspaper of general circulation, printed
and published in the Town of Los Gatos.
The above and foregoing ordinance was duly and regularly
introduced at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos held on the 21st day of September 1953, and was
thereafter on the a 1 day of 1953, at a
regular meeting duly a-n•-d- regularly adopted by the following vote.
