WHEREAS, The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos
deems it necessary for the public interest, health, comfort,
convenience, safety and general welfare to amend the Town's
Zoning Ordinance No. 271 by changing the hereinafter des-
cribed property from an R-2 Residence District to an R-3
Residence District; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedural requirer: eats
of the State Zoning Law of 1917 as amended (Statutes 1917,
page 1419; amended by Statutes 1929, page 721) and Section 16
Of. said Zoning Ordinance Nom 271 have been fully complied

Section 1m That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 271 of the
Town of Los Gatos and particularly the "District/ 11apll at-
tached to and made a part of said Zoning Ordinance Nos 271
is hereby amended so triat the district and boundaries shown
t_-1ereon referring to the hereinafter described property is
and will be an R-3 Residence District instead of an R-p2
Residence District, and that the hereinafter described
property is an R-3 Residence District in the Town of Los
isa LJosa
Said property is located in the Town of Los Gatos,
County of Santa Clara and is more particularly described as
follows®
Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of tine property
now owned by Jeannette Henard, said property being
more particularly described in Volume 1070 of Official
Records at page 468, et seq., Santa Clara County Records,
