BE A NUISA qCE
The Town Council of the Town- of Los Gatos does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. It is hereby declared to be a nuisance aid it
shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to keep,
maintain, or permit upon any lot or parcel of land within the
Town of Dos Gatos under his or its control any animal or animals,
including any fowl or fowls, which by any souftd or cry, shall
disturb the peace and comfort of any neighborhood or interfere with
any person in the reasonable and comfortable enjoyment of life or
property.
Section 2. Any person, firm, or corporation as principal,
officer, agent, clerk or employee, whether acting for himself, or
itself, or for another person, firm, or corporation, who or which
shall violate any provision of this ordinance shall be guilty of
a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a
fire not exceeding Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) or by imprison-
ment in the County jail not exceeding ninety (90) days or by both
such fine and imprisonment.
Section 3. This ordinance shad be published once in the

circulation printed and published in the Town of Los Gatos.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Town Council
of the Town of Los Gatos held on the __42_day of 1943,
by the following vote:
