The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does ordain
as follows:
Section 1® Section Four of Ordinance No. 256 of the
Town of Los Gatos entitled., "An Ordinance of the Town of
Los Gatos Relating to Air Raid Precautions, " passed and
adopted by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos on the
29th day of December, 1941, is hereby. ascended to read as
follows :
Section 4® The maintenance or leaving of any
illumination, except within a blackout structure,
*ithout provision for its extinguishment, within
one minute after the commencement of a period of
air raid alarm by a competent person over the age
of eighteen years attendant at a place where suhh
immediate preservation of the public peace,:health, and
safety, and the following is a statement of facts con-
stituting such urgency:
The United States is at war and this Town is in
great and continuing danger of air and other attacks by the
public enemy.
Section'2m This Ordinance is required for the

Passed and adopted at a regular Meeting of the Town.
