Sec. 1. it shall be unlawful for any person to drink any
intoxicating liquor upon any public street; lane, alley, public
park, or other public place of and in the Town of Los Gatos
Sec. 20 Any person etiolating any of the provisions of
this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon convic-
tion thereof, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed TP2EZ
HUiLr.ED DOI.IARS ($300.00) or by imprisonment in the County jail of
Santa Clara. County for not to exceed t1wee (3) months, or by both
such fine and imprisonment
Sec. 3. All ordinances, or parts of ordinances, in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Sec. 4. This ordinance shall be published once in the
Z~~ , a nevrispaper of general circulation
printed and published in the Town of Los Gatos.
