The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does ordain as follows:ti
Sec. 1: That Section 9 of Ordinance No.195 of the
Ton of Los Gatos,entitled " Ordinaned
Imposing i=iuni cipal Licenses in the Tom of
Los Gatos, and providing for the collection
of the same and prescribing penalties for
the violation thereof' passed and adopted
on the 27vh day of Novenber,1922, be and
the same is hereby an-ended to read as follows:
"Sec.9 : Every person, firm or corporations
engaged in the business of managing,
operating or conducting a public
roller skating rink shall pay a
licensef Twelve Dollars ($12.00)
s emi.-annually*'
See. 2: This Ordinance shall be published once in the
LOS GATOS MHEZ, a weekly newspaper printed and
published in the Toun of Los Gatos.
