SEC. 1: It shall be lawful for any duly licensed pool
or billiard parlor or card room, to remain open in the Town of
Los Gatos between the hour of seven o'clock A. M. and the fol-
to-wing hoar of two o'clock A. M.
SEC. 2: It shall be unlawful for any pool or billiard
parlor or card room to remain open in the Town of Los Gatos between
the hour of two o'clock A. M, and the folloi-ring hour of seven o'clock
. M.
SEC. 3: Any person, firm or corporation violating this
ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not
exceeding Three Hundred ($300.00) Dollars, or by imprisonment in
the 06unty Jail for not to exceed ninety days, or by both such fine
and imprisonment,
SEC. 4: All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SEC. This ordinance shall be published once in the

in the Town of Los Gatos.
