An ordinance relative to the, care and expenditure
of moneys received from the State of California under the provisions
of Article V-p Chapter 1, Division 1 of the streets and highways code.
The Town Council of the Town of Dos Gatos do ordain as
followss
Section. 1.. To comply with the provisions of Article
5 of Chapter I of Division 1 of the Streets and Highways Code, with
par ticularreferen.ce to the amendments made thereto by Chapter 642,
Statutes of 1935, there is hereby created fn the city treasury a
special fund to be known as the "Special Gas Tax Street Improvement
Fund nIr
Section 2. All moneys received by the city from the
State of California
