ordinance amending ordinance No. 220, entitled
"An ordinance creating a comprehensive zone plan of the town of
Los Gatos and establishing three districts therein.# Passed and
adopted on the 20th day of February, 1928.
The Town Council of the Tow of Los Gatos do ordain as
follows:

Section Five of an ordinance No. 220 entitled, "An
ordinance creating a comprehensive zone plan of the Town of
Las Gatos and establishing three districts therein", padded and
adopted on the 20th day of February, 1328, is hereby amended to
read as follows.
Section Five: The residential district shall be
primarily for residential purposes, and no building car premises
shall be used, and no building shall be erected or altered for the
purpose of being used for any purpose other than dwellings,
apartment houses, churches, schools, club houses, recreation,
private garages, green houses, and other accessory buildinT, and
for uses customarily incident to any of the above uses, including
home occupations. dome occupations are defined to be uses
customarily conducted within a dwelling and where. not to exceed
one assistant is employed, including the following:
Offices of physicians, surgeons, dentists, chiropractors,
osteopaths, beauty shops, dressmakers, makers of fur or other
clothing to order, milliners, artists, musicians, and chiropodists.

This ordinance shall be -oublished once in the Los Gatos
Mail-News.
