The City Council of the Tovm of Los Gatos do ordain as follaws :
Section 1. In addition to the performance of their regular duties,
it shall be the duty of all policemen and firemen,at all tirnes,and under all
circumstances, to 0o to the aid of a .,l persons or aniMals in distress or dan®
o'er and render them such help and assistance as lies irithin their power:.
Section 2. In case any policeman or fireman should be injured while
rendering such additional services as aforemett-ioned,he shall be deemed to
be injured in the course of his employment and shall be entitled to worl-hen=s
co?.pensation therefoy,as provided by law.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published once in the Los Gatos kil
ire.^rs.
