The Board of Trustees of the Town of Des Gatos do
ordain as follows, to wit
SECTION 1, A special election is hereby called for
and frail. be held in the Town of Dos Gatos, County of Santa C:tara,
State of California, on Tuesday, the 28th day of April; 10"2v, to
submit, and at which special election- shall be submitted, to the
qualified voters of the said Torn of Los Gatos the proposition to
incur a banded indebtedness of and by said town, to wits
To incur a bonded indebtedness of Twenty-two Thousand
Five Hundred Dollars ($22,500.00) in Gold Coin of the United, States
of erica, for d.-Le 07jeet and purpose of paying the cost of acqui-
sition, construction and completion of a swing tank and wading
pool in Memorial Park in the Town of Dos Gatos, and the acquisi-
tion of necessary paraphernalia and equipment therefor, and the
I acauisiti n of playground equipment fear said Parr. The estimated
cost of said pro-nosed public improvement is the sum, of Twenty-fto

Mousand Five Hundred Dov.7ars ($22, 500.00), and the amount of the
I principal of the indebtedness to be incurred is Twenty-two Thous-
and Five Hundred Doi3a.rs ($22.500.00), and the rate of interest

to be paid on said indebtedhess is five per centum (00 per annum,

constituted

one special municipal eleG ,ion precinct; that is, general election
precincts 1. 2, 3$ 4, 5 and 6 are consolidated into one special
election precinct to be Imown as Municipal Special Election Pre-
c .nct No. 1.; that the place of voting in said S§ecial Election
Precinct No. l stall be at the Town Hall on East 1 '.in Street in
the said Town of Los Gatos.
SECTItULT III. Mae election officers to conduct said
special election in said Special Election Precinct No. 3, and who
are laereby appointed for that purpose j are as follows, to wit:
