The Board of Trustees of the Town of Los Gatos
do ordain as follows:
SECT~ION_ _l: Any Street Railvaay Com pany at
any time running railroad tracks on and along the surface
of any of the paved streets, avenues or alleys of the
Tn,,,n of Los C-.G.tos is hereby required to remove all dirt,
and other accumulations from so much of the surface of
each of said streets, avenues or alleys no=.., or hereafter
containing any of their railroad tracks as lies between
the -ra.il s~ and for two feet on each side thereof, and
between -tree tracks if there be more than one, and remFhve
entirely from and out of such street, avenue or alleys all
such dirt and accumulations at least -
- and as much
oftener as the Street Superintender_t of the Town of Los
Gatos shall in tiiLrri till.- direct.
S_,CTIC21-2: Any Street R.ailWay Company running a
street railway upon or along the surface of any of the
paved streets, avenues or alleys in the Town of Los Ga t,os
mhich shall refuse or neglect to clean any part of said
street, avenue, or alley as required by -the last proceeding
section thereof shall upon conviction thereof be deemed
gu_1tJ of a misJemeanor and fined for a sun: not less than
Fifty Dollars nor more than One Hundred and Fifty Dollars
for e;:4ch and every case of such refusal or neo-lect.
