AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF MEETING Of THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF TIC TOWN OF LOS GATOS.
THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES of the Town of Los Gatos do ordain as
follows
Section 1. Mie regular meetings of the Board of Trustees of
the Town of Los Gatos shall be held on the First and Third Mondays of
each month from the First day of kpril to the Thirt*wtlh day of September-,
both days inclusive, at eight (8) o'clock P.M., and from the First day
of October to the Thirty-First day of -March, both days inclusive", at.
seven-thirty (7:30) o'clock P.M. until otherwise determined.
Section 2. The place of meeting of said Board from and after
the passage of this Ordinance shall be in the Town Hall situate in the
Town Park, and which said Town Hall and the land upon, which it is situate
is bounded as follows, to-wit:- On the North by Main Street;, on the West
by Winery Lane, on the South by Villa Avenue and on the East by lands of
Tobin, in said Town of Los Gatos.
Section 3. All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict:
herewith, are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect. from and after
its passage, approval and publication.

AIT ORDINANCE REGULATING THE SING OF CATTLE; AIM CHIC=NS IN THE TOWN OF
LOS GATOS, SANTA CLARA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA.
THE BOARD OF. TRUSTEES of the Town of Los Gatos do ordain as
follows:-
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or cor-
poration to keep within the corporate limits of the Town of Los Gatos
more than one coat or bull, or a calf over the age of two months, on any
lot. of land, the area of which said lot including the dwelling and
buildings thereon xh is less than five thousand (5;000) square feet, pro-
vided however that one or. more additional cow, bull or ca'-'P may be kept
upon every additional: two thousand five hundred (2500) square feet of
area.
Section 2. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or cor-
poration to keep within the corporate limits of the Town of Los Gatos
more than fifty (50) poultry of any kind on any lot of, land, the area of
which said lot including the dwelling and buildings thereon is less
than five thousand (5000) square feet;, provided however that twenty®f Eve
(25) additional poultry may be kept upon every additional two thousand
five hundred (2500) square feet of area.
Section. S. Any person violating any provision of this ordim
nance shall be guilty of a misdemmanor and upon conviction, or a plea of
guilty thereof shall be punished by a fine. of not more than One Hundred
Dollars or imprisonment in the ::County Fail of the County of Santa Clara
for a term of fifty days or by both such fine and imprisonment.
Section 4. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
hehewith are hereby repealed.
Section 5. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage, approval and publication.
