AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7.01.170(b) OF THE TOWN
CODE RELATING TO BUILDING PLAN CHECK FEES
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1.
Section 7.01.170 of the Town Code is amended as follows:
''Section 7.01.170. Plan checking fees.
(a) When the value of proposed construction exceeds two thousand
dollars and a plan is required, a plan checking fee shall be paid to
the building official.
(b) The plan checking fee shall be sixty -five per cent of the
building permit fee.
(c) Where plans are incomplete, or changed so as to require
additional plan checking, an additional plan checking fee may be
charged at a rate established by the building official.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance takes effect 30 days after the date it is adopted.
Within 15 days after this ordinance is adopted, the Town Clerk shall
cause it to be published once in a newspaper of general circulation
published and circulated in the Town.
This Ordinance was duly and regularly introduced at a regular
meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos on the 6th day
of July , 1982. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting
of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos held on the 19th day
of July 1 1982, by the following vote:
