ORDINANCE OF THE TOW OF LOS GATOS
ADDING SECTION 2 -3.3 TO THE TOWN CODE
SETTING TIMES FOR ELECTION OF MAYOR AND VICE MAYOR
The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos hereby ORDAINS:
SECTION 1.
Section 2 -3.3 is added to the Town Code as follows:
"Sec. 2 -3.3. Election of Mayor and Vice Mayor
On the second meeting in July, 1982, the Council shall elect a
Mayor and Vice Mayor. Thereafter, such elections shall be held annually
on the second meeting in November of each year, commencing in 1983."

This Ordinance takes effect 30 days after the date it is adopted. Within
15 days after this ordinance is adopted, the Town Clerk shall cause it to be
published once in a newspaper of general circulation published and circulated in
the Town.
This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the Town Council of
the Town. of Los Gatos on May 3rd, 1982 adnd adooed by the following

vote as an ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos at alregular meeting of the Town
Council on May 18th,�82 _
