ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
PRESCRIBING THE METHOD FOR DETERMINING
THE CTENSATION OF THE TOWN CLERK AND TOWN TREASURER
The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos hereby ORRMINS:
SECTION 1.
Section 2 -10.1 is hereby added to the Town Code as follows:
"SEC. 2 -10.1. COMPENSATION OF CLERK AND TREASURER.
The Town Council shall conduct an annual review of the performance
and salary of the Town Clerk and Town Treasurer. Upon completion of
such evaluation, the Council shall establish by resolution the compen-
sation for such officers."
SECTION 2.
Ordinance No. 1528 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 3.
This Ordinance takes effect 30 days after the date it is adopted. Within
15 days after this ordinance is adopted, the Town Clerk shall cause it to be
published once in a newspaper of general circulation published and circulated in
the Town. continued
This ordinance was introduced at a /regular meeting of the Town Council of
the Town of Los Gatos on April 20. 1982 , and adopted by the following
vote as an ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos at a regular Greeting of the Town
Council on May 3, 1982
