AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AMENDING SECTION 24.60.010 OF THE TOWN
CODE TO INCREASE THE REGULATORY FEE FOR
THE RENTAL MEDIATION PROGRAM
The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos ordains:
SECTION 1.
Section 24.60.010 of the Town Code is amended to change
the regulatory fee from $12.00 per year to $18.50 per year.
This Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of
the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos on July 6, 1981, and adopted
at a regular meeting of the Town Council on July 20 , 1981, by
the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Thomas J. Ferrito,
MarLyn J. Rasmussen, and Peter W.
Siemens
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS
ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS Brent N. Ventura
ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS Ruth Cannon
