As required by dection 2 of said act, a diagram is hereto attached,
showing the assessment district, and also the boundaries and dLmenaiona
of the reapective subdivisions of land within said district as the same
existed at the time of passing said resolution of intention, each of
which subdivisions having been given a separate number upon said diagram,
said asseasiaent is wade upon the several subdivisions of land In
said district in proportion to the estimated benefits to be received by
such subdivisions respectively from said work and improvements. The
diagram and assessment numbers appearing hereon are the diagram numbers
appearing on said diagram, to which reference is hereby ..ade for a more
particular description of said property. and because the names of the
several owners are unknown to me, I hereby place the word "Unknown"
opposite the number of each subdivision of land assessed, and the amount
assessed thereon, and the number of the assessrent.
For a more particular description of said property, reference is
hereby made to the deeds and maps on file and of record in the office
of the County Recorder of Santa Clara County, California.
Notice is hereby given that serial bonds to represent unpaid
assessments, and bear interest at the rate of not to exceed six per
cent (6,$) per annum, will be issued hereunder in the manner provided
by the lmprovec,ant Bond :pct of 1915, the last installment of which
bonds shall mature ten (1J) years from the second day of July next
succeeding tan (10) months from their date.
