APPLICANT: TOWN OF LOS GATOS <br /> <br />REMARKS: <br /> <br />A question received from a Council Member is outlined below and followed by staff’s response. <br /> <br /> Will there be development capacity left for the smaller remaining parcels in the <br />northern portion of the Specific Plan area? <br /> <br />After reviewing the commercial square footages presented in Grosvenor’s slides <br />(Attachment 39), there will be over 200,000 square feet of capacity remaining for use by <br />other property owners in the North 40 Specific Plan area. Additionally, it appears that <br />there will also be a minimal amount of residential units remaining, but that will depend <br />on how any requested density bonus is structured. <br /> <br />Public Comments received between 11:01 a.m., Monday, August 6, 2018 to 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, <br />August 7, 2018 are included as Attachment 41. <br /> <br /> <br />
