This concerns Minor <br />Residential Development in an Historic District <br />Applications, there are two, HS-18-018 and HS-18-031. <br />We are to consider an appeal of an Historic <br />Preservation Committee decision approving a request for <br />exterior alterations on a non-contributing, single-family <br />residence, HS-18-018; and an appeal of an Historic <br />Preservation Committee decision approving a request for an <br />addition to a residential accessory structure less than 450 <br />square feet, which is visible from the street; this is HS- <br />18-031, on property located in the Almond Grove. It’s the <br />Historic District and it’s zoned R1-D:LHP, it is APN 510- <br />16-020. The property owner and Applicant is Vladimir <br />Kanevsky, and the Appellant is Tyler Atkinson. <br />May I have a show of hands from the commissioners <br />who have visited the property under consideration?
