RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE
AN AGREEMENT WITH SAFETY SPECIALISTS, INC.
FOR HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE COLLECTION SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Town Council finds that it is in the best interest of the residents
of Los Gatos to provide a safe and convenient means of disposing of household hazardous
waste; and
WHEREAS, Green Valley Disposal Company, Inc., solicited proposals for
a joint household hazardous waste collection event; and
WHEREAS, Safety Specialists' proposal was found to be the most appropriate
and economical proposal.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Manager be
authorized to execute the attached Agreement on behalf of the Town of Los Gatos with
Safety Specialists, Inc.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 16th day of January, 1990, by the following vote:
