PARKING PROHIBITION ON THE EAST SIDE OF
HARWOOD ROAD ALONG THE WESTERLY PROPERTY
LINE OF 13980 BLOSSOM HILL ROAD.
RESOLVED, that pursuant to the Los Gatos Town Code, Section 16 -44,
"Parking Regulation ", the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does hereby
establish the following traffic regulation:
Stopping, Standing or Parking Prohibited.
Stopping, standing or parking of any vehicle AT AL TIMES is hereby
prohibited along the easterly side of Harwood Road along the west-
erly property line of 15980 Blossom Hill Road.
Portions of any resolutions previously adopted that are in conflict
therewith are hereby rescinded.
The Director of Parks, Forestry and Maintenance Services is hereby
instructed to install the appropriate signs and /or curb markings giving no-
tice to the public of this action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos held on 23 day of January 19 89 by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Eric D. Carlson, Thomas J. Ferrito,
Brent N. Ventura and Mayor Joanne Benjamin.
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Robert L. Hamilton
ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS
