PARKING PROHIBITION

RESOLVED, that pursuant to the Los Gatos Town Code, Section 16 -44, "Parking
Regulation ", the town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does hereby establish
the following traffic regulation:
STOPPING, STANDING, OR PARKING PROHIBITED
Stopping, standing, or parking of any vehicle AT ALL TIDIES is hereby
prohibited along the northwesterly side and southeasterly side of West Plain
Street (Lingley Avenue) as shown on the attached Exhibit "A ".
Portions oP any resolutions previously adopted that are in conflict
therewith are hereby rescinded.
The Director of Parks, Forestry and Maintenance Services is hereby
instructed to install appropriate signs and /or curb markings giving notice to
the oublic of this action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos held on 2nd day of March 19--8.7 by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Joanne Benjamin, Eric D. Carlson, Thomas J.
Ferrito, Robert L. Hamilton, and Mayor Brent N. Ventura
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
