A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION FOR
COMMUNITY SERVICES SPECIALIST
WHEREAS, the Director of Community Services resigned effective
July 12, 1985; and
WHEREAS, it was decided that the vacated position not be filled at
that time; and
WHEREAS, a reorganization of functions of the Department of Community
Services has occurred, giving more responsibility to the
Community Services Specialist; and
WHEREAS, those responsibilities have continued so that in recognition
of the additional responsibilities, the Town Manager has
recommended and the Town Council concurs in additional compensation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL that the Community
Services Specialist's biweekly compensation shall be in the
salary range M -18, effective February 9, 1986, until the
organization of the Department is finalized.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS at a
regular meeting held this 3rd day of February , 1986,
by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Joanne Benjamin, Thomas J. Ferrito,
Brent N. Ventura, and Mayor Terrence
