A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A FOUR WAY VEHICULAR STOP AT
THE INTERSECTION OF LYNN AVENUE AND PINEHURST AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED, AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Town Council
of the Town of Los Gatos, that, in accordance with Section 16 -29 of the
Los Gatos Town Code, "Stop Intersections and Through Streets," the
intersection of Lynn Avenue and Pinehurst Avenue is designated as one
at which vehicles are required to stop.
Portions of any resolution previously adopted that are in
conflict therewith are hereby rescinded.
The Director of Parks, Forestry and Maintenance Services is
hereby instructed to install appropriate signs and /or curb markings
giving notice to the public of this action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council
of the Town of Los Gatos held on the 21st day of January, 1986 by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Joanne Benjamin, Eric D. Carlson,
Thomas J. Ferrito, Brent N. Ventura, and Mayor
Terrence J. Daily
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
