RESOLUTION DENYING APPEAL FROM DECISION
RELATING TO HANDICAPPED ACCESS REQUIREMENTS
(812 Pollard Road -- Maria Flaherty)
WHEREAS:
1. Maria Flaherty has appealed a decision of the Building
Official as follows: requiring provision of a handicapped
accessible sanitary facility for the office building at
812 Pollard Road; and
2. A public hearing was held on October 16, 1985 and continued
to October 21, 1985 and December 16, 1985;
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED:
1. The Town Council hereby finds that the appellant is no longer
interested in the property and has abandoned the appeal.
2. Based on the foregoing finding, the appeal is hereby denied.
Pursuant to Los Gatos Town Code Section 1 -15, the time for
seeking judicial review for the Town Council decision is governed
by California Code of Civil Procedure Section 1094.6.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of
the Town of Los Gatos held on the 6th day of January 1986
by the following vote:
