A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER
TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE GROUP
MEDICAL AND HOSPITAL SERVICE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN
AND KAISER FOUNDATION HEALTH PLAN, INC.
WHEREAS, the Town has been notified by the Kaiser Foundation Health
Plan, Inc. of a rate adjustment effective March 1, 1986; and
WHEREAS, the parties now wish to enter into an amendment to the
aforesaid Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA, that the Town Manager is hereby authorized to
execute the necessary amendment to implement the rate adjustment;
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY the Town Council at a regular meeting
held this 6th day of January , 1986, by the following vote:
