A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE USE OF CHECK /WARRANT FORMS
WHEREAS, State Government Code 53911 provides that the Town Council may
authorize the use of check /warrant forms; and
WHEREAS, the Council wishes to authorize the use of check /warrant forms
and
WHEREAS, the Council wishes to repeal prior resolutions dealing with the
matter of warrants and checks;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the use of check /warrant forms for
the Town of Los Gatos is hereby authorized, and that Resolution
No. 1971 -44 is hereby repealed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS,
CALIFORNIA, at a regular meeting held this 19th day
of February , 1985, by the following vote:

Ferrito, Brent N. Ventura and Vice -Mayor
