RESOLUTION MODIFYING AN AGREEMENT PREVIOUSLY APPROVED
TO PREPARE A FOCUSED ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT
14H ERE AS: On September 17, 1985 the Town Council approved an agreement to pre-
pare a focused Environmental Impact Report with Earth Metrics Incorporated
(Resolution No. 1984 -162);
WHEREAS: 14estern California University's delay in depositing the required
funds to complete the report caused the bid period to expire;
141EREAS: The University is asking for additional services to be performed;
R' ESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, that the TO1,dN OF LOS
GATOS odify that agreement to prepare a focused Environmental Impact Report with
EARTH METRICS INCORPORATED, as per Exhibit A attached hereto, and that the Mayor is
authorized, and she is hereby directed, to execute said agreement in the name and in
behalf of the TOWN OF LOS GATOS.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town
Council of the Town of Los Gatos held on the 22nd day of Januar
1985, by the following vote:
