PARKING PROHIBITION IN THE ALLEY BETWEEN UNIVERSITY AVENUE
AND STATION WAY (SOUTH OF THE OLD TOWN PARKING LOT)
RESOLVED, that pursuant to the Los Gatos Code, Section 15 -44 "Parking
Regulation ", the Town Council of Los Gatos does hereby establish the following
traffic regulations:
STOPPING, STANDING, OR PARKING PROHIBITED
Stopping, standing, or parking of any vehicle AT ALL TIMES is hereby prohibited
in the alley between University ,Avenue and Station Way (south of the Old Town
parking Iot).
Portions of any resolutions previously adopted that are in conflict therewith
are hereby rescinded.
The Director of Parks, Forestry and Maintenance Services is hereby instructed to
install appropriate signs and /or curb markings giving notice to the public of this
action.
PASSED AND ADOPTFO at a re ular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos held on the 7th day of January , 1985, by the following
vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Eric D. Carlson Terrence J. Daily. Thomas J.
Ferrito Brent N. Ventura and Mayor Joanne
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
