A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1982-214
ENTITLED, -A RESOLUTIOM OF INTENTION TO
ACQUIRE AND CONSTRUCT !MPROVEMENTSO'
BONNIE LANE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
California, that Resolation No. 1982-214 entitled OA Resolution of
intention to Acquire and Construct Improvements", adopted by this
Council on November 15, 1982, be, and the same is hereby, amended as
follows:
1. That Section 21 be added to said resolution to read as
follows-
"21. The total estimated cost of said project is
$124,150.00, of which the Town will contribute the
estimated amount of $54,756.00, leaving an estimated
balance of $69,394,00 to be assessed.''
1 hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 17th day of January, 103, by the
following vote:
