RESOLUTION DENYING APPEAL FROM DECISION OF PLANNING CMVUSSION
(16569 Cm ellia Terrace - Musich)
1. Steve J. Musich has appealed a decision of the Planning Commission, as
follows: denying zone change application Z -82 -4; and
2. A public hearing was held by the Council on January 3, 1982;
IT IS BEREBY RESOLVED:
1. The Town Council hereby finds that the findings and decision of the
Planning Carnnission were correct.
2. Based on the foregoing finding, the appeal is hereby denied.

COUNCIL OF THE TUWN OF LOS GATOS THIS 17 day of January
1983, by the following votes:
