A RESOLUTION DENYING AN APPEAL FROM A
DECISION OF THE TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Bing K. Tam has appealed a decision of the Town Planning Comidssion
to the Town Council, as follows: Denial of conditional use permit application
U- 77 -42A; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Tom Council on January 4, 1982;
BE IT RESOLVED:
The appeal is denied on the following grounds: The Planning Commission
findings were correct.
PASSED AND ADOPTED AT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS THIS 18th day of January, 1982
