RESOLUTION 2015 -015 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS <br />CONTINUING DEPARTMENT FEES, RATES, FINES AND CHARGES, AMENDING <br />CERTAIN FEES, RATES, FINES AND CHARGES FOR FY 2015/16 <br />WHEREAS, the Town of Los Gatos financial policies require that the Town <br />establish and maintain all user charges and fees based on the cost of providing services; and <br />WHEREAS, the last update of the Town of Los Gatos Comprehensive Fee <br />Schedule was adopted on March 24, 2014; and <br />WHEREAS, those fees currently in effect will remain in effect without interruption, <br />and certain of these shall be increased to reflect the increased cost of providing the respective <br />service. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS <br />GATOS DOES HEREBY RESOLVE: <br />1. That Resolution 2014 -019, "Resolution of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos <br />Adopting Continuing Department Fees, Rates, and Charges, and Amending Certain Fees, <br />Rates, and Charges" is hereby rescinded; and <br />2. The Town of Los Gatos Comprehensive Fee and Fine Schedule, attached hereto as <br />Exhibit A, shall become effective July 1, 2015. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council held on the <br />3rd day of March 2015 by the following vote: <br />COUNCIL MEMBERS: <br />AYES: Steve Leonardis, Rob Rennie, Marico Sayoc, Barbara Spector, Mayor Marcia Jensen <br />NAYS: <br />ABSENT: <br />SIGNED: <br />MAYOR OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS <br />LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA <br />ATTEST: <br />CLERK ADMINISTRATOR OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS <br />LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA <br />
